Pioneer Plumbing finds better customer service and better coverage with The Roberts Company and communication was the key.

Situation:  The current communication between this plumber and their insurance agency was poor.  The response time from an e-mailed request to their agent was taking weeks if not longer.  It was also clear that their present insurance plan was lacking in a number of different areas, mainly coverage for property in transit and uninsured motorist coverage. 

Action:  We quoted the correct coverage options and presented a packaged that carried the missing items from their previous policy but also had higher coverage across the board.  Even with the additional coverages and higher limits, their premium actually went down. 

And almost more importantly to the client, we were very open with our communication.  Working hand in hand with them in a prompt and effective manor so that they knew exactly what to expect every step of the way.

Result:  This client now has a better insurance plan in place with higher coverage options.  And now, when they have a question or need a certificate, we get back to them within 24 hours, if not the same day, rather than weeks.  They are experiencing communication with an insurance agency in a whole new way.
